My name is Lauren and I am a Nursery Assistant at Monkey Puzzle Loughton!
I have been working in Early Years since 2016, I began as Bank Staff before becoming permanent and studying for my Level 3 Qualification. I chose this career because I absolutely love being a mum! I am a very nurturing person and want to help children develop - I love watching them progress and grow!
I joined Monkey Puzzle Loughton because of their work/life balance, the benefits the nursery offers and the family feel of the setting.
